The Challenge
Advocates Group 21 needed a digital presence that reflected the stature, credibility and professionalism of the group. While the chambers had a strong legacy and a substantial membership base, their online presence needed to better communicate who they are, make key information easier to access, and present the organisation in a more refined, contemporary way. The site also needed to support practical user needs such as browsing members, accessing accredited mediators, finding court roll links, and making contact with chambers quickly and easily.
Our Approach
We approached the project as a full brand and digital refresh. We designed and built a new website for Advocates Group 21, while also developing their new logo, visual identity and stationery system to create a more cohesive and professional brand presence across every touchpoint.
On the website side, our focus was on clarity, structure and ease of use. We created a cleaner interface that gives prominence to the group’s history, values and expertise, while making it simpler for users to navigate member profiles, explore practice areas, access accredited mediators, and reach the chambers directly. The end result was a more polished, modern experience aligned with the standing of the organisation.
